Granadillo, native to Central and South America, is a dense and durable hardwood celebrated for its vibrant reddish-brown to orange hues, often complemented by darker streaks that enhance its warm, rich appearance. Also known as Macacauba, it is naturally resistant to decay and insects, making it ideal for both indoor and outdoor uses. While its density can present challenges during machining, Granadillo works well with tools, sands smoothly, and polishes beautifully, resulting in a glossy, refined finish.
