Cherry Cutting Board Strips

Cherry, also called American cherry or black cherry, is a well-loved hardwood native to North America. Valued for its warm reddish-brown hues, fine, straight grain, and smooth texture, cherry darkens and deepens over time. Moderately dense and easy to work with, it machines, sands, and finishes beautifully, making it a favorite among woodworkers. Although it’s not highly resistant to decay, cherry is durable enough for indoor use.
